Returns & Exchanges Policy (STAKDsocks)

We want you to be confident in your purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery at stakdsocks@gmail.com with your order number and photos. We will replace the item at no cost to you.

Hygiene Policy
Because socks are an intimate wear item, we cannot accept returns on worn or used socks for hygiene reasons.

Size Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong size and the socks are unworn, unwashed, and in the original packaging, we can offer an exchange within 14 days of delivery.

Customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us.

We cover shipping for the replacement pair going back to you.
